Due to take place in San Diego, California: September 17-20th 2014. Costs $1245 for physicians and $1145 for allied healthcare professionals

5th International Course in Nutritional Epidemiology

Run by Imperial College, London, Faculty of Medicine. The next ten day course will run from 1st-12th September 2014. A snip at £1,950. Some financial assistance available (World Cancer Research Fund Fellowships)

Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition (e-Cornell)

An online course run through Cornell University in the US, under the wing of T. Colin Campbell (author of The China Study). Costs $1,260 for three modules (as of September 2013)

Cordon Vert Cookery School

Part of the Vegetarian Society. Food generally contains eggs, dairy and/or bee products, but courses in vegan cookery are available, including the Vegan Toolkit and Vegan Party Food workshops. They also offer a five day chef’s diploma

Nutritional Education Institute

Dr Fuhrman’s online course designed to enable individuals to become “nutritional education trainers”. Does not carry any university accreditation or result in a recognised qualification, so for general interest only and as an introduction to his “nutritarian” lifestyle. Includes interesting modules on coaching and motivation. Costs $995 + reading material
